Returns Policy
All items in our shop are made to order or printed to order, ensuring each product is
created specifically for you.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives
damaged due to mis-handling by the courier.

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear
photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will review your claim and arrange a
replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note that:
– We cannot accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or customer error.

– All claims for courier-related damage must include supporting photographic evidence.
