Shop Purchases
All kits are sold under the following terms and conditions…
Wood kits can only be as accurate as the original plan or parts supplied to me by the designer. All kits are cut to order, all plans are printed to order, therefore returns are not accepted unless damage is reported and logged with the delivery agent at the time of delivery. There will be occasions where damage is not visible until the kit is opened, in this case, it is up to the customer to report this to the courier at the earliest possible time and to Laser Cut Sailplanes with photographic evidence. This will then be subject to a claim against the courier, which can take time.
There is generally a two-week turnaround from the date of order; however, every effort will be made to get your kit to you as soon as possible after your order is placed.
EU Customers.
There are not any customs tariffs on goods but since leaving the EU, VAT is payable at the destination country rate on all goods purchased from Laser Cut Sailplanes.
Shipping
We ship all over the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Please note: All goods remain the property of Laser Cut Sailplanes until payment is received in full.
